When it comes to sexual turn ons, men and women are very different. It is not a myth that women are attracted to a man who is comfortable with his emotions. It is also true that many women are on the hunt for an attractive man who knows how to treat a lady right! The following is a list of the top ten female turn ons gathered from hours spent listening to women tell it like it is.
For many women, respect is the number one thing that they look for in a man. Not only is it a prerequisite, it is also a big turn on! A man who respects a woman and appreciates her for who she is has the power to make her weak in the knees.
2. A man who is not afraid to take charge
Women like strength and not just physical strength. Women like to think that their man can take charge of any situation. Giving a woman a feeling of protection is endearing as well as arousing.
3. A man who can be dominated
All relationships involve a power dynamic. A man can be strong with his woman, but must also be able to surrender some of that power. A woman likes to take control sometimes and feels sexy when a man is ready and willing to respond to all her demands.
4. A man with a sensitive side
Contrary to popular belief, women are not looking for a man who wants to talk about his emotions constantly. Sensitivity is a good thing but more important is to be emotionally well-balanced. One of the biggest female turn ons is having a man who is not afraid to show his emotions.

A man who is unable to take care of himself turns women off! Being self-sufficient reassures a woman that she will not have to handle everything in a relationship. Men who are overly dependent are perceived as weak and that is not an attractive quality!

Women are not nearly as fixated on this one as men are, but women are also turned on by a man with a fantastic body. Women have differing ideas about what is physically attractive in a man, but wide shoulders and a cute backside doesn’t hurt!

Although it may be fun to have a fling with the male version of Barbie, women are more turned on by men who are smart and funny. A dim-witted dullard gets boring fast. Women want their fires lit by someone who can tell a good joke and can challenge them intellectually.
10. A man who is good with kids
Many men dread this one, so thank goodness it is number 10 on the list. Women are not necessarily picturing you as the father of their children, but it is endearing to see the nurturing side of a man. Men might not want to hear it and women might not like to admit it, but a man holding a baby is beautiful and a turn on!

It doesn't apply with women from most other countries.I am an American woman and I do not have any control issues when it comes to men. It's sad you generalized as you did. I am sure do not know "all" American women or all women in the world, for that matter. a) I know plenty of american women who are perfectly agreeable people (am I in america several times a year)
b) I am from england. I like to have control over my husband from time to time. not in a control freak way, but either sexually (it's good fun) or just in that I like to do my own thing, and I don't always feel the need to ask him first. Also, it's ok for him to look to me for approval. It's not me being controlling.

I really don't think men needs to know all of this in a woman. To most men, women are very easy to read especially when they are desperate and it's women who are looking for men at all time. I find this article very interesting :)Thankyou Marisa.To MJ: Not every women are easy to read. Maybe you can read theirreactions and emotions but not their mind. Some men look for a womanto come into their lives too. You can't say "it's women who are looking for men at all time" because that is not a hundred percent true. I can agree with "women who always shows desperation in finding 'the one'" but a few is not. Im single and happy. Having a boyfriend by my side makes me smile and even happier but that doesn't mean I can't smile or be happy without a guy.I agree. you girls sure dont act like you dont need a man to make you happy. some girls 1st and main priority in life is this and its not uncommon, if not most likely its her second school first. sometimes it looks pathetic
Women are nice to look at but they suck in a relationship. Marriage is just legal prostitution! Women do not need sex and can live without it. They learn fast that this is a man’s desire and then take advantage of him. I would rather spend the evening with a movie where women act like we want than to spend time with the reality.Too bad. We grow up thinking women are like use with indoor plumbing. Then as we age we find out they are users and abusers. Young men need this drilled into them so they know what is in store for them.I'm not like that at all.... I'm human. All I want from life, really, is fulfillment, happiness, friends, and, with any luck, love. A little money wouldn't hurt either, but I would never have sex/marry/play with some guy just to get it! I'm friends with people like this. Minus the man and body stuff to be honest. These attractive qualities in a person no matter what their gender. I like being around people like this. How can you say all men or women are the same? That's not true. You're not God and you don't know everyone.
